Strategic Agenda

The strategic agenda was develop by external experts both Portuguese and Spanish, with actions going from commerce to entrepreneur encouragement, scholar eurocitizenship awareness, etc - and the other specifically related with the highest common potential that needs to be promoted, natural springs), but in the meanwhile, both municipalities already work together day by day, making citizens aware of the project, organizing social and cultural common events, trying to attract public and private investment based in a more wide and appealing territory, and making an important effort of institutional marketing to spread the initiative.

The strategic agenda defines 3 axis:

1. Eurocitizenship - involve local population in the project to make them aware of cross-border cooperation advantages and potential.

2. Sustainable Development – common inventory, to preserve and boost common natural heritage.

3. Economical Promotion - develop competitiveness and entrepreneurship among local stakeholders increasing local add-value.
